- Company foundation in February 1999 by Bernd Volkmer, Martin Mechenbier and Peter Kreuz
- Based in Höhenkirchen near Munich
- Since April 2016 with a Swiss branch in St. Gallen: argumentum GmbH Niederlassung St. Gallen
- argumentum is a consulting company for software development. The main focus of our activities are Software Configuration and Change Management, Requirement Management and Test Management. But beyond pure consultancy, we as well take responsibilities for various tasks at the customers site (e.g. Test Management, Operations and Support of CM Tools, Development and Implementation of Software Change Management Processes, etc.)
Further typical services:- Support on the selection of appropriate tools for software development (e.g. version management, configuration management, bug tracking, etc.)
- Consultancy for IBM Rational Tools, HP Quality Center, Open Source tools like Subversion, etc.
- Implementation of integration software for a seamless interaction of the used tools
- Conducting training courses for the used tools as well as for qualifikation (e.g. iNTCCM and others)
